The questions we get asked most about raccoon trapper & trapping.
Both, and that is the point. Anyone can set a trap and leave. We trap the raccoon humanely and then seal the entry points it was using, because trapping alone just clears the way for the next one to move in.
No, inspections are always free. We find the entry points, confirm how many raccoons are present and check for young, then quote the trapping and the exclusion so you can see what each part costs, before anything is booked or started.
No. We use humane live trapping, and any young found in the nest are handled properly rather than left behind. Removing a mother and leaving pups would only create a worse problem inside the structure. It would also be the wrong thing to do.
We seal everything it was using: soffits, vents, roofline gaps and chimney openings. That work carries a one-year warranty. If an animal gets back in through what we sealed, we come back and put it right at no extra charge.
Raccoons are nocturnal and crafty. If any of these sound familiar, one may have moved in.
Raccoons don't just make noise â they cause real damage and carry real risks.

Safe trapping and removal, with care for any young in the nest.
We close every gap so nothing gets back in â soffits, vents, rooflines.
If an animal returns, we come back at no extra charge.
