We solve wildlife problems for South Jersey homeowners: squirrels, raccoons, bats, groundhogs, and more. We find the problem, explain it in plain language, and fix it so it stays fixed. This is a hands-on sales role. You'll inspect the property, sell the job, and help start the work.
What does a day in the life look like?
- Head out to inspections and estimates across South Jersey.
- Inspect attics, crawl spaces, rooflines, and yards to find how animals are getting in.
- Explain what you found and build a clear written proposal. Close the job without being pushy.
- Help get jobs started: sealing entry points, setting up one-way doors, and doing some sanitization and cleanup.
- Follow up with customers, collect payments, and re-engage past customers. If one house has a wildlife problem, the neighbors may too.
- Keep job notes and quotes up to date in our app.
Responsibilities
- Be a problem solver who diagnoses the issue and recommends the right fix.
- Turn the leads we provide into signed jobs, and build your own referrals with neighbors, realtors, property managers, and contractors.
- Work with the rest of the field team so every job is done right.
- Give every customer a calm, professional experience, even on a stressful day.
What type of benefits will you receive?
- Base salary plus uncapped commission. Most of your income comes from the jobs you sell.
- Estimated annual compensation of $50,000 - $90,000+, with strong sellers earning more.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including a monthly health reimbursement (ICHRA) you can use toward health insurance premiums, dental, vision, and other medical expenses.
- Bonus opportunities for strong performance.
- Company vehicle provided.
- Paid training.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Room to grow into lead technician or operations manager.
What do you need to be successful?
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven sales experience is a plus, especially in pest control, roofing, construction, or home services. We'll train the right person.
- A personable, hunter mindset. You enjoy winning the job.
- Reliable, on time, and honest.
- Handy with tools and comfortable learning new skills.
- Comfortable with a smartphone and software. We use an app for jobs, routes, and quotes.
- Ability to manage your own schedule in the field.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics.
